About the Role
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will establish positive rapport with patients, create and adjust treatment plans, and conduct assessments of patient progress. You will also involve family members when appropriate and plan outreach activities in the community.
About You
Required:
- Masters Level Degree or higher in related fields.
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist license.
- 2+ years' experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
- Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications.
