About the Role
As a Licensed Administrator, you will be responsible for managing clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of care. You will act as a liaison between the governing body and center personnel, participate in strategic planning, and focus on recruitment and retention of quality staff.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in long-term care or similar experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
