About the Role
As a Level 11 Speech Language Pathologist, you will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and regularly reassess their effectiveness. You will attend staffing meetings and family conferences, perform discharge evaluations, and communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family members. Collaboration with other disciplines is essential to enhance patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to patient care.
Preferred:
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written interactions.
