About the Role
As a Lending Program Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing broker relationships, onboarding new referral sources, tracking vendor performance metrics, and overseeing the dissemination of new lending programs. You will also develop initiatives to expand product offerings, maintain knowledge of the competitive marketplace, and create reporting on departmental performance for senior leadership. The position requires travel up to 10% for industry events.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in business development, vendor management, or relationship management.
- Direct knowledge and experience within the direct and indirect consumer lending space.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated leadership within a specialized lending division.
- Previous involvement with financing recreational assets including aircraft, vessels, RVs, and classic/exotic automobiles.
