About the Role
As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions, maintaining attorneys' calendars, opening new files, time entry, and preparing expense reports. You will work independently and collaboratively to assist attorneys in their daily responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
- Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Document Management System (DMS) experience.
