State of Oklahoma is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves providing confidential secretarial and administrative support services to attorneys within the Legal Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
About the Role
As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for performing secretarial and administrative support services for attorneys, composing and preparing various legal documents, assisting in meeting court filing deadlines, reviewing legal documents, maintaining case files, operating office equipment, and providing assistance to internal and external customers.
About You
Required:
An associate’s degree in business/public administration, law, or closely related field, PLUS one year of experience performing a variety of complex clerical and typing work.
At least three years of experience in performing a variety of complex clerical and typing work.
Preferred:
At least 2 years of experience as a legal secretary.
