About You
- Background in legal recruiting or law (JD not required).
- Strong communication skills and diligent work ethic.
- Ability to identify and engage top legal talent.
- Must be located in the greater Raleigh, NC area to facilitate meetings.
- Strong ties to North Carolina and/or Virginia legal markets preferred.
- Fluency in legal terminology ('legalese').
- Existing extensive network or Rolodex of legal professionals.
- Sense of humor to maintain a positive work environment.
