About the Role
As a Lead Specialist - HSE - Waste/DOT, you will support the project team in delivering the facility by providing input on environmental-related design decisions and startup plans. You will develop and roll out environmental programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct audits and inspections. This role requires collaboration and creativity as the site transitions to full-scale GMP manufacturing.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing with hazardous/non-hazardous waste and DOT compliance activities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field of study.
- Excellent organization, time management, and analytical skills.
