About the Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software applications using C#, Angular, JavaScript, Python, and Swift. You will mentor and guide the team, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensure the scalability and security of applications, conduct code reviews, and stay current with industry trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python, C#, Swift, Angular, and JavaScript.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in MS Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members.
