About the Role
As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for hands-on coding, architecture reviews, and design sessions to ensure technical excellence. You will collaborate with product and business teams, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions that deliver long-term value. Your role will also involve simplifying complexity and fostering a culture of innovation and action.
About You
Required:
- Expertise in software engineering and architecture, with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience designing and building secure, scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong foundation in secure development practices, including cryptography, encryption, and secure communication protocols.
- Proficiency in secure coding practices in modern languages - Java, C#, Python, Node.js, etc.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives in fast-paced, high-impact environments like Financial Services.
Preferred:
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience mentoring engineers and conducting technical interviews.
