Summary
Celonis is seeking a Lead Process Management Solution Specialist to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves embedding process management as a critical capability for operationalizing and sustaining value from process intelligence initiatives within the North American market.
About the Role
As a Lead Process Management Solution Specialist, you will own field activations, create impactful sales motions, and foster strategic customer engagements targeted toward transformation use cases. You will collaborate closely with Value Engineers, Services, and Product & Engineering teams to scale business process management as a core offering for Celonis customers. Your responsibilities will include strategic positioning, acting as a subject matter expert, spearheading customer engagements, and establishing best practices for process management.
About You
Required:
- 10 years of direct working experience with at least 5 years in Business Process Management.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures.
- In-depth knowledge of BPM solutions and their application in optimizing business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex processes.
- Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with other BPM tools and technologies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
