About the Role
As a Senior Lead Process Engineer, you will collaborate with global teams to deliver projects for biopharma production processes, including bulk manufacturing and fill/finish. You will oversee engineering designs from feasibility to detailed completion, manage process deliverables, and supervise a team of engineers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, or a relevant degree and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in process engineering design.
- Focused design experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, including bulk manufacturing and/or fill/finish.
Preferred:
- P.E. license.
- Experience managing and developing entry-level engineers.
