About the Role
As a Lead Pricing Program Specialist, you will manage the intake and refinement process of new pricing requests, oversee the pipeline of pricing initiatives, and ensure effective communication of work status. You will collaborate with product peers and technology teams to deliver critical work across multiple functions, manage documentation, monitor systems output, and facilitate financial adjustments as necessary. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams to solve business problems and maintain relationships with partner teams to align with current strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Services, Transaction Processing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Agile best practices, specifically SAFe (Scale Agile Framework).
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
- 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Services, Transaction Processing, or a related field.
- Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional certification.
