As a Lead PreK Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a love of learning, managing classroom routines, maintaining effective communication with families, ensuring health and safety standards, and participating in professional development.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma required; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred or willing to enroll in CDA program.
- 1-2 years of previous preschool experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.
Preferred:
- Associates or BA Degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred.
- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
