As the Lead Pastor, you will serve as the primary spiritual leader, delivering biblically grounded sermons, guiding the church's vision, developing staff and volunteers, and overseeing church operations. You will also engage in local outreach and global missions, ensuring the church's mission aligns with the Christian and Missionary Alliance's goals.
About You
Required:
- A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a life that reflects spiritual maturity.
- Ordained (or eligible for ordination) with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
- Full Agreement with the C&MA Statement of Faith and polity.
- 5–10 years of pastoral leadership experience, preferably in a mid-sized, multi-staff church setting.
- Strong communicator and expository preacher.
- Proven leadership in casting vision, building teams, and equipping the body for ministry.
- Minimum of 30 hours in Biblical Studies or Theology from an accredited institution.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master of Divinity.
