Summary
Freshworks is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer to join their expanding Revenue Enablement team in San Mateo, CA. The role involves leading the design and development of impactful learning programs and resources to empower teams to effectively engage with and sell Freshworks products.
About the Role
As a Lead Learning Experience Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dynamic curricula for various learning formats, design scalable training solutions, craft clear information structures, develop interactive eLearning experiences, assess training quality, and explore innovative technologies to enhance learning. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three times a week.
About You
Required:
- 5-8 years of experience designing online instructional activities and live workshops for adult learners.
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of inclusive and accessible design, including WCAG.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience creating learning evaluation plans.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
