About the Role
As a Lead IT Enterprise Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing enterprise architectures, collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business goals, evaluating and selecting suitable technologies, ensuring quality assurance and optimization of systems, and mentoring junior team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Development.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise, data or systems architecture, and technology strategy.
- Proven expertise with Enterprise Architecture across multiple domains and technologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex systems within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and design patterns.
- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Exposure to headless architecture, React Apps, Headless CMS, AI/ML and IoT.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex architecture challenges.
- Proven expertise in ALM domain including CI/CD, GitHub.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containers, and microservices architecture.
