About the Role
As a Lead Engineer - Product Definition, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing 3D CAD models and 2D Engineering Drawings for individual parts and assemblies for jet engines. You will perform moderate level tolerance stack-ups, engage with manufacturing for producibility reviews, and collaborate with other engineering disciplines to meet design intent.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or other technical positions, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering or other technical positions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. citizenship.
Preferred:
- Experience using NX (Siemens) software.
- Proficient user of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Highly motivated and passionate.
- Self-starter with problem solving skills.
- Keen listener with exceptional communication skills.
