About the Role
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will research, design, and implement advanced NLP algorithms, develop fine-tuning strategies for models like BERT and GPT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products. You will also mentor peers, analyze experimental results, and drive innovation in NLP methodologies.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 6-8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in data science or analytics.
- Strong background in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning, with hands-on LLM fine-tuning experience.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or AllenNLP.
- Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy models in production environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring others.
Preferred:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing environments.
