As the Lead-CRM Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for developing efficient processes and tools, leading a high-performing CRM team, and ensuring operational execution that drives business results. Your tasks will include managing email marketing programs, overseeing project management of CRM campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign orchestration and personalization.

About You

Required:

7-10 years experience managing an elaborate email marketing program for a Fortune 500 company.
Impeccable knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially around process, operations and execution.
Superior organizational, project management and communication skills.

Preferred:

3-5 years of PMO experience.
Experience with Enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack.
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
