About the Role
As a Lead Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to identify candidates, maintain the Applicant Tracking System, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting programs. Success will be measured by adherence to policies, execution of tasks, and achievement of hiring metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a sourcing professional or full-cycle recruiter.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
