About the Role
As the Lead Client Service Coordinator/Office Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and overseeing check-in/check-out processes. You will assist in hiring and training new receptionists, develop office procedures, and maintain the organization of the reception area. Additionally, you will support the Practice Manager with administrative tasks and marketing efforts.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in a veterinary, medical, or customer service-related role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred:
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Additional training or certification in veterinary reception, office management, or customer service.
