Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Lead Business & Process Architect to join their Digital Nexus technology organization in Cincinnati, OH. This hybrid role involves defining a vision and developing a roadmap for Business & Process Architecture within Enterprise Architecture.
About the Role
As a Lead Business & Process Architect, you will be responsible for assessing skills and resource needs, developing frameworks and reference models, maintaining process hierarchies, identifying critical business processes for optimization, and fostering a consistent understanding of BPM principles across teams.
About You
Required:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in Business Architecture and Business Process Management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in business process improvement methodologies and BPM notation.
Preferred:
- Experience establishing a BPM Center of Excellence or similar organizational capability.
- Proficiency with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
