About the Role
As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens at our certified organic retreat center. Your daily tasks will include proficiently using gardening tools, harvesting fruits, checking landscape lighting, and occasionally caring for animals. You will work as part of a team, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
About You
Required:
- Gardening experience in East Maui or similar tropical environments.
- Reliable, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
- Non-smoker.
- Tidy appearance.
Preferred:
- Experience with organic gardening practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
