About the Role
As a Land Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and pre-development of land, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining high quality standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential data center sites, manage real estate transactions, and build relationships with stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with land acquisition, site selection for high-technology projects, or real estate evaluation and development.
- Experience managing contract negotiations and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel within the United States as required.
Preferred:
- Experience in data center, real estate or infrastructure development.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other real estate analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment for real estate development in the USA.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fluid environment.
- Ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders.
