About the Role
As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests including LAL (Bacterial endotoxins test), Total Organic Carbon (TOC) testing, and protein testing. You will also perform FDA required medical device validation testing, communicate business-related issues to management, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices. Attention to detail and proper laboratory notebook maintenance are essential for this role.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years experience in a Medical Device lab.
- Proficient in wet chemical methods and lab/bench skills.
Preferred:
- Working understanding of FDA regulations, international standards, and guidance documents applicable to medical devices.
- Familiarity with computer record-keeping systems.
- Familiarity with scientific and technical data processing and graphing software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
