HealthPartners is hiring a Laboratory Assistant to work in the Lab department at their Arden Hills Clinic.
About the Role
As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and processing biological specimens, performing testing analysis, documenting lab test results, and maintaining supplies. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory policies and promote teamwork and customer service standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of computer navigation and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word and Outlook) or comparable applications.
- Typing or keyboarding skills.
- Ability to promote teamwork through a courteous and cooperative attitude.
Preferred:
- Six months of related medical training, medical terminology, or related experience.
- Previous phlebotomy experience.
