About the Role
As a Labor And Employment Attorney, you will represent clients in various employment-related litigations, including cases of sexual harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, and wage disputes. You will manage cases from intake to trial preparation, advocate for clients before relevant agencies, draft and review legal documents, and conduct internal investigations. Staying updated on labor and employment law trends is also a key responsibility.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labor and employment law.
- Proven track record with cases involving sexual harassment or workplace assault.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
- A proactive, independent attorney who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with class/collective actions or PAGA claims.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English.
- Background in plaintiff-side or employee-advocacy law firms.
