About You
- 3-5 years of wage-hour litigation and counseling experience.
- Experience with civil and appellate rules (Federal and Washington) and employment agency rules and regulations (EEOC, DOL, OSHA, and equivalent Washington agencies).
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Washington.
- Experience with single plaintiff litigation, administrative charges, and depositions.
- Experience with complex ESI issues and complex discovery.
