About the Role
As a Knitting Fixer/Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing machines when mechanical failures occur, checking the quality of socks after repairs, and maintaining the performance of the assigned line. You will strive to maintain a minimum of 88% efficiency and 2.5% off-quality on the line, check the actual top length and width of all styles, and assist the knitter as needed. Additionally, you will keep maintenance up to date on assigned machines and ensure all safety stops and sensors are functioning properly.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience fixing knitting machines.
- Basic education in reading, writing, and mathematics.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred:
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
