Summary
HARTING Technology Group is seeking a Key Account Manager - Data Center to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves planning and executing business development activities to penetrate designated National and Key Accounts with HARTING products and technologies.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager - Data Center, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with hyperscale datacenter customers, mapping networks of manufacturing plants, evaluating connectivity potential, proposing penetration plans, and coordinating project activities. You will also provide technical training, prepare sales activity reports, and represent HARTING at relevant tradeshows.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Computer Engineering).
- Five or more years of experience in technical solutions selling or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior knowledge and use of CRM, SAP preferred.
- Ability to travel along the West Coast, mainly in WA, with travel up to 60-70% if residing outside the West Coast.
