As a Journeyman/Master HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. You will work in a supportive team environment, ensuring high-quality service and safety standards. The position requires climbing ladders and lifting tools as needed, and you will be expected to apply your HVAC expertise to make a difference in the company.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years' HVAC experience.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems (Commercial equipment preferred).
- Ability to climb ladders and lift tools and parts as needed.
- Must be EPA certified.
- Must be reliable, a strong communicator, and a team player.
- Must reside in the Hampton Roads or Richmond markets.
Preferred:
- Master's or Journeyman's license.
