About the Role
As the Managing Director, you will lead strategic planning, underwriting execution, and team development. You will identify and underwrite emerging technologies, drive product innovation, and manage agency relationships. The Senior/Executive Underwriters will underwrite complex risks, engage with brokers and clients, and contribute to product development.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of commercial P&C underwriting experience; Auto, GL, Financial Lines a plus.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong underwriting acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in emerging tech or evolving business models.
- Graduate degree or CPCU designation.
