Summary
Bowman Williams is seeking an IT Senior Support Engineer (Consultative & Technical) to join their Managed Cloud Services Provider team, supporting clients in the financial industry both remotely and onsite from their Manhattan office.
About the Role
The IT Senior Support Engineer will provide technical leadership, day-to-day support to clients, and manage customers' network and system infrastructure. Responsibilities include supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading corporate customer networks and in-house servers, installing and integrating new server hardware and applications, and ensuring adherence to security tools and policies.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of MSP experience
- Experience with Office 365 migrations, troubleshooting, and setup
- Experience configuring and installing various computer and Windows servers up to Windows Server 2019
- Knowledge of Citrix and VMware administration
- Experience installing and maintaining approved security tools and policies
- Experience supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading corporate customer networks and in-house servers
- Experience installing and integrating new server hardware and applications
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with ConnectWise
