About the Role
As the IT PMO Lead, you will manage IT-led initiatives and business transformations, ensuring projects are clearly defined, properly resourced, and effectively managed from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, success criteria, and timelines, while also identifying and mitigating project risks and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Proven success leading enterprise or global initiatives.
Preferred:
- PMP certification.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
