Summary
Labcorp is seeking an IT Product Manager to join their dynamic team in Durham, NC. The role involves leading the strategy and execution of enterprise-level solutions for a laboratory information and management system.
About the Role
As an IT Product Manager, you will interact with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic direction into actionable designs. You will guide the team to achieve outcomes that best serve customers and Labcorp, making data-driven judgments and recommendations. The role requires a high-level understanding of the software development lifecycle and complex product management processes, including roadmap development and user experience design.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in a leading role working with complex LIMS products.
- Experience with product engineering and product management processes using agile methodology.
- Familiarity with relevant standards (FHIR, HIPAA, LOINC, SNOMED, ISO 15189).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in modeling workflows and understanding structured data capture.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work at a fast pace.
- Experience with project life-cycle management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Experience building a content-driven (low/no code) system at scale.
