Summary
Distyl AI is seeking an IT Manager to lead their IT infrastructure strategy and management, enabling a hybrid workforce across NYC, SF, and remote access.
About the Role
As the IT Manager, you will oversee SaaS management, mobile device management, identity management, access control, onboarding/offboarding, networking, and IT support. You will ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning, manage software assets and compliance, and define helpdesk metrics to improve support processes.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in IT leadership or senior systems administration, with at least 3 years managing IT operations in high-growth startup environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling IT infrastructure, policies, and support models.
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or Security+
Preferred:
- Experience scaling IT from 100 to 500+ employees in startups.
- Background in AI/ML-driven companies and supporting enterprise-grade deployments.
- Familiarity with IT product management and infrastructure strategy.
- Track record of automating user management and SaaS integrations.
