About the Role

As an IT End User Support Consultant, you will provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS365 services, and assist in the seamless migration of data, users, and systems to Microsoft 365. You will collaborate with internal IT teams, configure and manage Microsoft 365 environments, provide guidance and training to end-users, manage user accounts and permissions, document solutions, and monitor the health and performance of Microsoft 365 applications.

About You

Required:

Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, cloud-to-cloud, or on-premise-to-cloud).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Azure AD.
Experience with troubleshooting end-user hardware/software issues (including Windows and macOS).
Ability to configure and manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, and Security & Compliance Center.
