About You
Required:
- 1+ years of experience afloat as an Information Systems Technician
- 1+ years of experience as a Curriculum Developer
- Experience creating performance-based technical training, including practical applications and assessments
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop and manage training content
- Knowledge of communicating with civilian and military personnel
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents for task-based curriculum development
- Knowledge of learning tools and selecting appropriate teaching methods
- Knowledge of measurement tools to evaluate training effectiveness
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
