About the Role
As an IT Application Trainer, you will collaborate with IT and stakeholders to identify training needs, design tailored curricula, and develop engaging training materials. You will lead in-person and virtual training sessions, customize content for different skill levels, and provide ongoing support. Additionally, you will measure training effectiveness, maintain training records, and stay updated on technology trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT training, instructional design, or education, ideally in a corporate or non-profit environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, ERP platforms, and other business applications.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborative and empathetic approach to knowledge sharing.
