- 4+ years of intellectual property legal support experience (IP secretarial/administrative).
- Experience supporting attorneys in both administrative and IP docketing functions.
- Familiarity with patent application processes and post-grant proceedings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
