- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive intellectual property docketing experience.
- Prior supervisory experience including recruiting, employee development, training, evaluations, and coaching.
- Thorough understanding of intellectual property docketing systems and USPTO rules and procedures.
- Ability to monitor and maintain a docketing system and develop reference materials.
- Experience with Anaqua docketing system.
