About the Role
As a Senior Operations Associate, you will be responsible for daily operational support, including new account onboarding, trade reconciliation, portfolio maintenance, data integrity, and compliance documentation. This hands-on role requires deep knowledge of investment operations and collaboration with advisors, custodians, and back-office platforms.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment operations (RIA experience preferred).
- FINRA licensing required (Series 7, 99, SIE, or similar).
- Must have a clean BrokerCheck record.
- Strong organizational skills, tenure, and reliability.
Preferred:
- Solid knowledge of custodial and trading platforms, especially Schwab.
- Detail-oriented, task-driven, collaborative, and tech-savvy.
- Looking for someone who wants to grow with the firm—not job-hop.
