About the Role
As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for administrative duties such as creating work procedures, managing productivity and quality of work among warehouse employees, and supporting daily cycle counting. You will also oversee warehouse operations, ensuring best practices are followed, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory process flow.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of MRP systems, production control, and inventory control.
- Microsoft Office suite experience.
- 3 years previous supervisory experience.
- 5 years warehouse/shipping/logistics experience.
Preferred:
- Lean manufacturing experience, including 5S.
- 1+ years of experience with shipping/UPS/Fed EX/DHL/LTL freight.
- Forklift experience.
