- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of prior sales leadership/management experience
- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and/or Annuity products
- Experience with illustration software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 7+ years of financial services industry sales experience
- 5+ years of experience with annuity products
- Continuing education such as LOMA, classes, or seminars
