About the Role
As an Internal Resource Pool Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating nursing care for patients. You will supervise nursing care provided by other team members and play a critical role in enhancing patient experience, quality, safety, and cost-effective care.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program.
- Current Ohio nursing license or interim permit.
Preferred:
- Experience in a relevant care setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
