About the Role
As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for supervising and training Primary Care Physicians, managing performance, and overseeing up to 12 direct reports. The position is permanent and full-time, with a shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, comprising 80% clinical and 20% administrative duties. You will work with a proprietary EMR system similar to Epic/Allscripts.
About You
Required:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Current Texas medical license.
- BLS certification.
- Active DEA license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required; 5 years preferred.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
