About the Role
As an Adult Medicine Advanced Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, promote health education, order and interpret diagnostic tests, collaborate with specialists, maintain accurate medical records, and stay current with medical advancements in Primary Care.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role.
- Comfortable using new technology and software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
