About the Role
As a Family Partner, you will be responsible for collaborating with youth, families, and service providers to ensure effective treatment and support. Your key responsibilities will include educating caregivers about community resources, collaborating on goal development and crisis planning, and supporting youth in communication with their families and providers.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Experience being a parent, caregiver, guardian, grandparent or foster care parent supporting a person with mental health challenges.
- Experience accessing mental health or related services.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
