Summary
Microsoft is seeking an Integrated Planner – AI Training Data Centers to join their Global Project Controls team in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role involves project planning, schedule management, and risk identification for large-scale datacenter construction projects.
About the Role
As an Integrated Planner, you will develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for datacenter construction, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, and monitor project risks while developing contingency plans. You will also manage general contractor schedules and facilitate schedule analysis and reporting to support project lifecycle management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in EPC Construction Planning and Scheduling, Program Management, and Data Analysis.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Extensive Primavera P6 experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience as a site-based Lead Scheduler Planner in a large EPC Project.
- 4+ years of experience with Power BI Data Analytics.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Center Build Planning/Schedule.
